Travers Smith LLP has advised Liberum Capital Limited as nominated adviser and sole broker to Virgin Wines UK plc on its AIM IPO. Virgin Wines is one of the UK’s largest direct-to-consumer online wine retailers.
The market capitalisation of Virgin Wines on Admission will be £110 million. The IPO involves a conditional placing to raise gross proceeds of approximately £48 million, comprising £13 million for the Company and £35 million for selling shareholders.
