Travers Smith LLP has advised Investec Direct Lending on facilities made available to August Equity owned StarTraq Limited (StarTraq) to fund its bolt-on acquisition of Farthest Gate Limited (Farthest Gate).
Farthest Gate is a leading provider of GovTech solutions to several of London’s Local Authorities. The acquisition creates a leading compliance software group with a diversified public sector customer base across the UK and internationally.
