Travers Smith LLP has advised long-standing client Inflexion on the refinancing of Times Higher Education (THE), a leading provider of university data, rankings and content.
Students, academics, industry and governments utilise THE insights to inform strategic priorities, benchmark, assess and select higher education institutions. Inflexion acquired THE in 2019, working with the company to expand its global presence.
