Travers Smith LLP has advised Greystar on its successful acquisition of two purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) assets from "The Neighbourhood".
The assets, located in Cardiff and Exeter, are both situated in prime student areas and add 400 beds to Greystar's extensive PBSA portfolio, which now exceeds 35,000 beds across the UK.
The Travers Smith team was led by Corporate Partner Jon Reddington, Finance Partner Laura Smith, and Real Estate Partner Alex Millar, together with associates Ella Price, Alastair Lowson and Chris Towland.
