Travers Smith advises Gatekeeper on strategic growth investment from Vista Equity Partners

Travers Smith has advised the leading Vendor & Contract Lifecycle Management (VCLM) platform Gatekeeper on a strategic growth investment from Vista Equity Partners, a leading global investment firm focused exclusively on enterprise software, data and technology-enabled businesses.

The investment, the company's first external capital since inception, will accelerate platform innovation and go-to-market functions to expand its global footprint and capitalise on the growing demand for unified Vendor Management, Contract Management and Third-Party Risk Management solutions.

Working alongside Steven W. Vazquez and his Foley & Lardner team on this transaction, the Travers Smith team was led by Corporate Partner William Howard, and included Associates Rebecca Denton and Marie-Laure Homolle-d'Arras, and Trainee Claudia French.
