Travers Smith LLP has acted for Foresight Group on its initial public offering and listing on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.
Foresight Group is an independent infrastructure and private equity investment manager with c.£6.8 billion of assets under management.
Admission is expected to take place on 9 February 2021. The market capitalisation of Foresight Group on Admission will be approximately £455 million.
