Travers Smith LLP has advised EMK Capital (EMK) on the financing of its investment in engineering firm MARCH, as part of the sale from Aliter Capital.
MARCH, formerly Edwin James Group, is a multidisciplinary engineering firm headquartered in the UK which delivers a full range of services including design, installation, maintenance, and renewal. The investment from EMK will help MARCH accelerate its ambitious growth plans.
The Travers Smith team was led by Head of Leveraged Finance Matthew Ayre, supported by Senior Associates Jason Larkins and Shehan Canagasingham, and Associate Alice Stephen.
