Travers Smith LLP has advised Crossbay on its latest UK acquisition of the 65,000 sq ft single-let warehouse from abrdn, taking its UK portfolio to over 1m sq ft.
Since 2024 Travers Smith has advised Crossbay II fund on all its UK acquisitions, which include a 165,000 sq ft urban logistics estate in Watford, a 65,000 sq ft warehouse in Potters Bar, a 40,000 sq ft prime industrial estate in Croydon and an 83,000 sq ft logistics asset in Manchester submarket Irlam, as well as advising on its financing of its UK assets.
