Travers Smith has advised Crestchic plc ('Crestchic') on its £122m public takeover by Aggreko Limited ('Aggreko'), one of the global market leaders in power and temperature control solutions.
Crestchic manufactures, sells, and rents loadbanks and transformers to domestic and international customers. Crestchic's products are used by generators and distributors of power to ensure supply reliability, by industries critically dependent on uninterrupted power, and by extractive industries in remote sites.
