Travers Smith LLP has advised long-standing client Cinnamon Care Homes (Cinnamon Care) on the refinancing of two more luxury care homes in Exeter and Worcestershire with a £23 million facility from specialist lender Leumi UK, increasing their total facilities with Leumi UK to £42.5 million.
Cinnamon Care is an exclusive group of luxury care homes and retirement developments in locations throughout the country.
Travers Smith advised Cinnamon Care on the £19.5 million refinancing of two luxury care homes in Dorset and Chichester in June 2023. The new funding refinances Watermeadow Grange in Exeter and The Gables in Worcestershire, bringing the total portfolio funded by Leumi UK to 251 beds.
