Travers Smith advises Chrysalis on a £70 million NAV facility provided by Barclays

Overview

Travers Smith LLP has advised Chrysalis Investments Limited (Chrysalis) on a £70 million NAV facility provided by Barclays Bank.

In addition to the committed £70 million, the facility also includes an uncommitted accordion of £15 million. The debt provided will allow Chrysalis to accelerate returns to shareholders as realisations occur within the portfolio.

The Travers Smith team was led by Finance Partner Laura Smith with support from Senior Associate Alastair Lowson and Associate Alice Stephen.

Walkers (Guernsey) LLP advised Chrysalis on the Guernsey law aspects of the transaction.
