Travers Smith LLP has advised CGE Partners ("CGE") and Enhesa in relation to a strategic growth investment in Enhesa by Bregal Sagemount ("Sagemount").
Enhesa is a leading provider of regulatory and sustainability intelligence worldwide. As part of the transaction Sagemount has acquired ICG's minority stake in Enhesa whilst CGE has retained its majority shareholding.
Travers Smith also acted for CGE Partners on its original investment in Enhesa in 2020.
