Travers Smith LLP has advised Canaccord Genuity Limited (Canaccord Genuity) and Jefferies International Limited (Jefferies) as joint global co-ordinators, joint bookrunners and joint brokers to Jet2 plc (Jet2) on its cashbox placing and retail offer to raise gross proceeds of £422 million.
