Travers Smith LLP has advised Berenberg as nominated adviser and sole broker to LendInvest Plc on its AIM IPO.
LendInvest is an asset manager focused on property finance in the United Kingdom. The market capitalisation of LendInvest on Admission will be £255 million. The IPO involves a conditional placing to raise gross proceeds of approximately £40 million.
