Travers Smith LLP has advised Augusta Ventures on its successful £250 million fund raise for its new litigation funding vehicle. The capital raised will allow Augusta to finance a diversified portfolio of litigation claims.
Augusta is a major and well-respected player in the litigation funding market, with a proven track record having committed over £340 million to over 249 cases.
The Travers Smith team was led by Funds Partner, Will Normand and Finance Partner, Katie McMenamin and included Funds Associate, Jacob Massey, Finance Senior Associate, Phoebe Hanglin and Trainee, Reece Morgan.
