Travers Smith LLP has advised Arjun Infrastructure Partners on its investment in Sustainable Bio Solutions Aabenraa KS (SBSA).
SBSA is the owner of a shovel-ready gas-to-grid biogas project, which is strategically located in in Kliplev, Denmark. It is anticipated that once the project is completed it will be up to four times the size of a typical biogas plant and will supply 41m Nm3 of methane into the national Danish gas grid. Completion of construction is targeted for Q2 2022.
Arjun is an independent infrastructure asset management company offering institutional investors direct access to infrastructure investments.
