Travers Smith LLP has advised Ancala Partners LLP on the acquisition of Ludlow Street Healthcare by Holmleigh Care Group, a care organisation in Ancala Partners LLP's portfolio.
Ludlow Street Healthcare is a provider of specialist care, education and treatment services for individuals with complex mental health needs. Set up in 2006 by healthcare specialists, Ludlow comprises 16 residential care homes, three mental health hospitals and a further education college across England and Wales.
Travers Smith advised Ancala Partners on the acquisition of Holmleigh Care Group in early 2020.
