Travers Smith LLP has advised Canaccord Genuity (in its capacity as joint global co-ordinator, joint bookrunner and joint broker) and Barclays and HSBC (in their capacities as joint global co-ordinators and joint bookrunners) on the significantly oversubscribed £172 million placing by Dart Group plc.
