Travers Smith LLP has advised The Access Group, one of the UK's leading providers of software to mid-market customers, on its acquisition of iCareHealth.
The Access Health and Social Care division continues to go from strength to strength. They are committed to delivering leading-edge technology for providers, from scheduling and rostering, through to electronic care planning, apps for care workers and family and call monitoring. Now, with the acquisition of iCareHealth, Access further extend their service provision in areas such as clinical case management and pharmacy-integrated electronic medication administration records.
