Travers Smith LLP is delighted to announce the hire of Jeremy Dennison as a partner in the Private Equity & Financial Sponsors (PEFS) group, further strengthening its market leading Private Equity offering.
Jeremy Dennison rejoins Travers Smith from Livingbridge where he was a Partner & General Counsel with responsibility for overseeing all legal, compliance and ESG matters. Jeremy started his career at Travers Smith and worked at the firm for over eight years before joining Livingbridge in 2018.
The firm's PEFS practice, part of the wider Asset Management sector group, is led by Partner Will Yates, with support from Partners Adam Orr and Emma Havas.
The firm's Asset Management sector group has been further strengthened by the recent arrival of highly rated funds lawyer John Daghlian. John is working closely with partners Tosin Adeyeri and Victoria Bramall to grow the firm's market leading and award winning secondaries practice.
Jeremy and John's arrivals follow the recent hire of Funds Partners Joel Grossmark, who joined in September 2024 and Tosin Adeyeri, who joined in October 2023, bolstering the firm's Asset Management offering. The firm also recently welcomed Ryan Ayrton as an infrastructure debt partner in the Finance team, further strengthening its cross-practice Infrastructure sector group.

Jeremy Dennison commented:
"I have had a fulfilling and successful seven years at Livingbridge working with some of the best in the industry but now feels like the right time in my career to return to private practice, and Travers Smith in particular.
The rapidly changing private markets and legal services landscapes present exciting opportunities for a high-quality, independent PE-focused law firm, with the necessary depth and breadth of private markets expertise– I believe Travers Smith is that firm. As a client I have experienced the difference first hand – exceptional client service at a fair price and delivered by knowledgeable and entrepreneurial lawyers who enjoy the freedom to take a commercial approach and support their clients over the long term. I am excited to be joining the PEFS partner team and contributing to its ongoing success."
