Travers Smith LLP has advised long-standing client Silverfleet Capital Partners in relation to the acquisition of Collectia A/S, a Danish-based credit management service provider.
Collectia is a fast-growing debt collection and purchase business which provides debt collection and debt purchase services to over 13,000 corporate customers in Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Germany.
