As part of Black History Month 2021, we are pleased to launch a series of podcasts examining themes relating to race, ethnicity and inclusion. Aimed at promoting discussion, we hope you find the series to be thought provoking and informative.

In this second episode, Daniel Gerring, a partner and Head of our Pensions practice, speaks with Saye Mkangama, a Partner at PWC. This conversation examines role modelling and leadership, as well as some practical actions we can all take to help tackle racial inequality.

About Saye

Saye Mkangama is a partner within PwC's pension advisory practice. Saye also chairs the PwC ColourBrave Charity Committee. The Committee is responsible for directing funding and volunteering hours to organisations with a large number of beneficiaries from ethnic minority backgrounds. Alongside this, Saye is on the main committee of the Association of Consulting Actuaries.
