Travers Smith corporate partner Richard Spedding has advised Peel Hunt in its capacity as sponsor, corporate broker and joint financial adviser to NCC Group plc, in connection with the £126.3 million firm placing and placing & open offer by NCC Group plc.
The proceeds will be used to part fund the €133.25 million acquisition of Fox-IT Holding B.V. Peel Hunt has fully underwritten the issue.
NCC Group is a global information assurance specialist providing organisations worldwide with escrow, verification, security consulting, web performance and domain services.
