The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has now published the second of its three Consultation Papers on the Investment Firm Prudential Regime (IFPR).
The new regime is due to come into force on 1 January 2022. Most of the draft rules have now been published. During this webinar we will be reviewing the Consultation Paper and discussing its potential impact.
