Our inaugural Travers Smith Equity Academy, launching in Autumn 2024, is a free once-a-fortnight, online training programme delivered by specialist Travers Smith lawyers.
The Academy will focus on the theme of ‘All you need to know about equity’ and cover equity from both a corporate and a tax perspective.
The Academy will be pitched at junior professionals who are involved in decision-making in this area (although we hope the sessions will also be a useful refresher for those more familiar with the material). We will touch on technical materials, but most of the sessions will be dedicated to practical points, market trends and hot topics for the future.
