Our application process is very straightforward – an online application form consisting of a cover letter, some questions, and CV-style information. This means there are no psychometric tests and no need to lie about the time you once rescued a mountain goat in the Himalayas. Please see below for more information on our processes and how to apply.
This year we will be running a Direct Application Process (for Training Contracts commencing in September 2026/March 2027, and September 2027/March 2028) alongside two Summer Vacation Schemes (for Training Contracts commencing in September 2027/March 2028).
We will pay your tuition fees while you study for the Law Foundations Course (PGDL) (if applicable) and the SQE. We expect you to study these at BPP in London, with the PGDL lasting 9 months, and the SQE 12 months (both beginning in September each year). We also make a contribution towards your living expenses of £13,500 per year for the PGDL and £20,000 per year for the SQE, which is paid in instalments at the beginning of each term.
We are a Tier 2 sponsor and therefore able to sponsor work visas for trainees from time to time. This is, however, dependent on your personal circumstances.

Summer Vacation Schemes
Overview
All applications will be processed after the deadline.
Once all applications have been processed interviews will be allocated. If you have been interviewed previously you unfortunately cannot re-interview. Please note our interview process will be held virtually and run by a senior member of our Graduate Recruitment panel.
If you are successful at interview you will be offered a place on one of our vacation schemes. During the vacation scheme you will be asked to complete three assessments, which you must complete in order to be eligible for payment for the scheme. Vacation scheme students will be paid £750 per week (each scheme runs for two weeks). Once you have completed the scheme, your assessments will be considered and a Training Contract offer will be made based on the outcome of these.
Scheme dates
Summer schemes:
Summer Vacation Scheme 1: 23 June 2025 – 4 July 2025 Summer Vacation Scheme 2: 7 July 2025 – 18 July 2025

If you are a visa candidate please ensure your visa covers two weeks of paid work in London. For a student visa this may mean checking on your University term times. If you need to apply for a visa to attend, we cannot sponsor these visa's, however we would recommend companies such as BUNAC to help you acquire a visa.
