Justice & Care is an organisation that supports survivors of human trafficking and abuse. Our work with Justice & Care involves assisting vulnerable individuals to submit a compensation claim to the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority (CICA) in relation to the physical and mental injuries the have suffered at the hands of their perpetrators.
This process allows survivors of abuse and trafficking to obtain financial compensation and acknowledgement of the harm they have suffered without having to initiate lengthy and often costly civil proceedings against their assailant.
